My store in Grass

Doors

Doors can be locked, have access lists, can open several ways (e.g. sliding, swinging etc.), and have many other features. I sell single doors that open when you touch them, and single and double matted doors that open when you step on a mat. Prices range from L$100 each to L$250 each, with quantity discounts if you buy more than one copy from one of my vendors.

Windows

Scripted windows open and close by applying different textures. They're much more realistic than the common 'tinted' windows you see in cheap builds. Each window costs L$50, with quantity discounts if you buy more than one copy.

Rentals

I also rent well built houses in quiet neighborhoods at reasonable prices. All my buildings come with my locking doors and privacy windows.

Policies

All items are transferable, the prims can be modified, the scripts cannot be copied. Any purchase can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. I provide friendly support.
